These policies help us provide the best possible service while respecting our providers’ time, availability, and professional standards. By booking an appointment with PrimeMediSpa RVC, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
1. Booking & Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments, regardless of how the appointment is booked (online, in person, or over the phone).
Appointments will not be confirmed or held without a credit card on file.
For your security, credit card information is entered into our encrypted booking system and is not stored by staff.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service value, charged to the card on file.
3. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice is considered a no-show.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value.
4. Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other appointments.
Full service fees may still apply.
5. Illness, Emergencies & Weather
Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may still be subject to fees.
6. Payments & Refunds
All services rendered are non-refundable.
Prepaid services, packages, promotional services, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated in writing.
7. Product Sales & Returns
Opened or used products are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
Unopened and unused products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for store credit only, with original receipt.
Discounted items, promotional products, and gift cards are final sale.
8. Service Packages
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Packages must be started within 6 months of purchase.
Missed appointments or late cancellations for package services are subject to the same fees outlined above.
Unused services are not redeemable for cash or credit after expiration.
9. Loyalty Points Program
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on individual services and retail products.
Loyalty points are not earned on package purchases, gift cards, promotional services, or discounted items.
Points may not be redeemed toward package purchases.
Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or refunded.
PrimeMediSpa RVC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
10. Communications (Optional / Future SMS)
At this time, PrimeMediSpa RVC does not send SMS or text messages.
By providing your phone number, you acknowledge we may contact you via phone call or email regarding your appointments or inquiries.
If SMS messaging services are enabled in the future, appropriate disclosures and consent mechanisms will be provided.
11. Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment with PrimeMediSpa RVC, you:
Confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these policies
Accept responsibility for all charges, cancellations, and no-show fees
Understand that results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed
