1. Introduction

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by PrimeMediSpa RVC (“PrimeMediSpa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including appointment booking, forms, and related services.

By accessing or using this Site, booking an appointment, or submitting information, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Services & Medical Disclaimer

The Site allows users to request information and book aesthetic and wellness services.

PrimeMediSpa RVC does not provide medical advice through this Site. Use of the Site does not create a provider-patient relationship. All medical or aesthetic services are provided only after appropriate consultation with a licensed professional.

3. Appointment Booking & Practice Policies

By booking an appointment with PrimeMediSpa RVC, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our Practice Policies & Financial Agreement, including but not limited to policies regarding appointment booking, payment authorization, cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, refunds, packages, product sales, and loyalty programs.

These policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and may be updated from time to time. A valid payment method may be required to secure appointments.

4. Payments

All prices, services, packages, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

PrimeMediSpa RVC does not accept insurance unless explicitly stated. Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Photo Consent & Treatment Documentation

Before-and-after photographs may be required for clinical documentation, quality assurance, and treatment planning. These photographs are stored securely and are not shared publicly without explicit patient consent.

Optional marketing or educational use of photos is subject to a separate written authorization and is entirely voluntary.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking appointments or completing forms. You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, skin conditions, and changes in health prior to each treatment.

Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of services without refund.

7. Communications

(a) Email Communications
 By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional communications such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related updates. You may also receive marketing emails, which you may opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link provided.

(b) Phone Communications
 By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls from PrimeMediSpa RVC regarding your appointments, inquiries, or other services.

(c) SMS/Text Messaging (Future Use)
 With your consent, we may send SMS/text messages to the phone number you provide for transactional purposes, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related updates. You may also consent to receive marketing or promotional messages by explicitly opting in at the time of booking or through a designated opt-in mechanism.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • You may opt out of SMS/text communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received.

  • Opting out will not affect your ability to receive service or transactional updates via phone or email.

  • Consent to receive marketing SMS/text messages is not required as a condition of purchase.
